The Process

The Process

In my experience, whether the relationship is business or personal, you don’t want to disappoint anyone. Especially when you’re an airline pilot. There are systems and processes in place to insure a good outcome.  And they’re not negotiable.

When you have a good understanding on how things work and what to expect (a flight plan), you can navigate around turbulence more effectively.

How’s this connect to your business?  Easy, I have systems in place to thoroughly explore all the aspects of your project | campaign. Increasing the level of success we reach.

Here’s how:

  1. We begin with a conversation, normally using Zoom. This can be scheduled directly from my Contact Page. I will send you a Zoom link for your selected time. The appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.
  2. Questions we’ll cover – We’ll talk about your company’s story. The current project you’re working on. The target audience who’ll receive your messaging. We’ll drill down as far as we can with your target audience – ideal clients: their goals, challenges, and interests. (What keeps them up at night)?
  3.  Expectations: What do you hope to accomplish as a result of our working together? Specific results you’d like to see. This helps me determine what actions we want your reader to take. (What Calls-to-action | CTA’s) are needed for the content created.  Is there anything else we need to discuss?
  4. What stage of the buying process is your audience at? We’ll discuss what stage your target audience is in for this project. Do you want to raise awareness? Are they comparing your product/service to a competitor? Are they ready to buy? Or, are you looking to grow your company’s client retention? This information will be helpful when developing content your prospect is interested in reading – also helpful when selecting keywords & keyword phrases for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
  5. Are you working with a specific deadline? We’ll discuss your goals for the completion of this project and if it ties in with any other initiatives you have in the works. Is there a point person I can connect with regarding this project? This can be helpful as project revision approvals are needed. Keeping your project moving forward in a timely fashion.
  6. Is there a specific budget you have for this project? Once we have completed our call, I will follow up with an email to you. I’ll highlight my understanding of your project. This will help to ensure that I haven’t missed anything. Once you have confirmed that my understanding is accurate, I will send you a project proposal. Normally within 48 hours. If all looks good, I’ll send the project Terms of Agreement. A 50% deposit will be due once you have agreed to the terms. The balance will be due upon completion.  We will review the agreement at that time and address any questions.
  7. We’re ready to move forward with your project. Once your project has gone through several edits, you can expect to receive your first project deliverable on or before the due date. At this point, you have an additional 30 days to request up to (2) revisions. Your point person will be a great at helping to move your project forward towards completion.
